Advantage Maintenance Products is a Paris-based wholesaler that supplies more than 2,000 janitorial products through nearly 600 distributors across Canada.
AMP has a rich history of customer service and was looking for a way to maintain an easy and intuitive interface for those seeking the convenience of online ordering.
The challenge they came to Blueprint with was integration. AMP already has a website that lists all their products, and uses an ERP system that manages their inventory and customer accounts. Because AMP was not interested in rebuilding either of those, any e-commerce or shopping cart solution we created would need to work seamlessly with these existing systems.

A custom shopping cart checkout process to push orders from the existing site into the ERP system

A customer dashboard on the website for credential and permission verification.
A CUSTOM-BUILT CONNECTOR
Connecting the ERP and product database. Pricing, products and accounts are tabled, mapped and pushed to the website.
The result has been a seamless integration between customer orders, the online store and the ERP.
